Enjoy with us these gems on the half-shell and as prepared several ways by our renowned, cool guy, guest chef for the evening, Chris Schlesinger, chef/owner of East Coast Grill in Cambridge and author of The Thrill of the Grill and License to Grill. The oysters will be paired with sumptuous wines from your friends at Our Market. Local oyster growers will join us. Food for the mind will be provided by wine historian and lecturer, Nina Wemyss. This is an evening of historical, literary, and ecological perspective on the oyster and/or gastronomic bliss. The proceeds from this evening, including those from the silent auction and book sales, benefit the Martha’s Vineyard Museum.
